Long answer: Phixr is a free online photo solution, to be more exact an internet image editor and as such ideal for internet cafes, school computers or office PCs, simply because usually, on these computers there is no photo editing software installed, and often you cannot simply install any software. Phixr is purely web-based (hence the term "Online photo editor"), so you can access it from any computer connected to the internet. You simply need to upload your pictures and make all the changes you want. Afterwards, you can upload them to Flickr, Twitter, Facebook, Fotopic, Livejournal, Photobucket, and many others - instantly.
Phixr makes free photo manipulation a piece of cake. Resize, crop or rotate your photo - within seconds and only in a few clicks. Remove a red eyes (make humans looks like actual humans, not devils), or eg. flip or mirror a picture online.
